Additional Dependant- Child Born while on Tier 2 (General)

I am not sure if this is a simple question. ok, this is my first time here so please pardon me. I am currently on Tier 2 visa which is valid up till 2017. I have a baby recently and also expecting increase in salary and change of job title within the same company. I have read through change of circumstances form and I know that I do not need a change of employment application for a new visa since my new job title is still within the same occupation classification.
I know that my company will have to inform the UKBA of my new job title and salary, my question is that is it necessary for me to inform UKBA that I have an additional dependant (my baby)? if yes, how do I do that since it was stated in The change of circumstances form that it shouldn't be used for Child birth (in the UK) notification.

You dont have to inform home office of your newborn child. The baby is legally allowed to be in UK without a visa since the baby was born here. However, you will need a dependent visa for the baby if he/she wants to travel out of UK and return. Otherwise, a visa a not mandatory.
