Translating documents

Post by beatboy » Sun Feb 01, 2015 2:34 am

Hi all. My wife has applied for the spouse visa from Ecuador and we are submitting some financial documents in Spanish with official translations. When translating bank statements do we have to get every page and every transaction line translated? In my case we are submitting an Ecuadorian bank book and the only non English text is a few lines at the top - every page's text is the same and there are about 15 individual pages. I also don't feel too confident that our translator will be a able to copy all the financial figures 100% accurately. Thanks
