Naturalisation qualifying date

Hi,
Entry clearance granted (Tier 1 Visa) :- 15-April-2009
Entered UK :- 22 Jan 2010
ILR :- 07 Jan 2015(applied 28 days before your qualifying end date i.e. 22 Jan 2015).

So based on above dates can I apply for naturalisation on 07-01-2016 or 22-01-2016 (assuming all other standard requirement are met)?

you can apply on 6/1/2016 exactly 12 months after you were granted ILR.

you can apply on 6/1/2016 exactly 12 months after you were granted ILR.

Sorry but I am not sure.According to the link posted above by me one of the Moderator said you should have been physically present
in UK 5 years ago.

Yep was on holiday from 07-01-2011 to 30-01-2011.(out of country )
