Requirement Of an Entrepreneur to apply for ILR in 3 Year

Hi All,

I am currently at Entrepreneur visa from last one and half year. Can someone please tell me what are the requirements for me to apply for ilr after completion of my 3 years on Entrepreneur. I do not want to go to 5 years rule and i am so much confused about 3 years ilr route, some people advise me that i will have to have 10 full time employee with £5 million turnover, some says that I need to have one of them either employees or turnover?

Could someone experienced in this field commend on this, I would be very thankful to your time!

You can either show a turnover of 5 million over a period of three years
or

employ 10 full time employees for 12 months

Following is stated at home office's Website

"The applicant has spent the specified continuous period lawfully in
the UK, with absences from the UK of no more than 180 days in any
12 calendar months during that period.

The specified period must have been spent with leave as a Tier 1
(Entrepreneur) migrant, as a businessperson and/or as an innovator,
of which the most recent period must have been spent with leave as
a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant.

The specified continuous period is:

 three years if the number of new full-time jobs created is at
least 10

 three years if the applicant has:
o established a new UK business with an income from
business activity of at least £5 million during a three year
period in which the applicant has had leave as a Tier 1" (Entrepreneur) migrant,

or

o taken over or invested in an existing UK business and their
services or investment have resulted in a net increase in
income from business activity to that business of £5 million
during a three year period in which the applicant has had
leave as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant, when compared to
the immediate preceding three year period.

please read previous posts about accelerate route or ILR on T1 Ent , before you posting new question .
you can apply for ILR if you meet either £5m turnover OR 10 job OR both in your initial visa period.
