Sponsorship undertaking form???

Hello, I have been researching on how to meet the financial requirement for the fiance visa and what documents must be provided.
I have come across something called the "Sponsorship undertaking from"

My partner and I meet the financial requirement of over 18600 pounds a year and I plan to work once I am allowed to, do we need this form?? Is it just for people unable to work?

What you need is appendix 2 VAF4A form,not sponsorship form.

Ok thanks!! Yeah I know about appendix 2, I was just wondering if we needed the sponsorship form as well. I dont think you need the sponsorship form for the visiting visa btw, I think its only for people who are planning to move and are unable to work for whatever reason
