citizenship or permanent residency

married with eu citizen on 2009, left country on 2012 for a year. with wife no longer living together more than 2 years. can still get citizenship or permanent residency if i have criminal conviction for dangerous driving and no longer living with wife.

That's a tricky story, Yes you can apply for permanent residency but DOJ will rip you apart by asking you proof of addresses, why she is not living with you any more, Why did you not informed DOJ about your change of circumstances, and most important about your criminal conviction.

Did you got any jailed sentence or fine or banned from driving and if yes for how long ?

Also, did she ever worked in Ireland ? If yes for how long ? If she worked can you prove it in the form of P60's / Payslips / Job letter ?

judgement not done yet, court still going. wife is still in ireland and working, but do not have any access to p60 or payslips.
