ILR absence letter from employer

Post by montysingh » Fri Feb 06, 2015 5:19 pm

Hi All

Can someone please advise as i am going to apply for ILR in april 2015, does my dependent also require a letter from her employer regarding her absences as well as main applicant, or its only the main applicant needs to justify his absences. The absences are 46 for 5 years for me and 105 for my wife over the 5 years.

thanks

Hi,

Just you need the absence letter from the employer and your wife doesn't need it. I am assuming you are currently in Tier 1 or Tier 2 visa category.

Cheers,
