Immigrating to France

Hi there. I want to immigrate to France only for a year where I can work and also take a French speaking class. Is it difficult for a Jamaican citizen to get a visa for that long which will also grant me a work permit in France?

I dunno about France per se but for UK Jamaicans are just about the least likely anywhere to get a visa.

Like I say, France or anywhere else might be different bit generally mud sticks in the immigration game..

Thanks for the web site. I've already been to the UK and went to college there about a year ago but i really want to experience france for a while. Il check the web site but i guess the best thing i can do it go to the embassy.
