Hi all. Our appointment is happening on the 18th. Ive put together a list of all our final supporting documents that I would really appreciate some feedback on. Just as a background, my wife and I are applying from Ecuador together. I'm the sponsor and employed in Ecuador as an Ecuadorian due to my double nationality. We can meet the salary requirement without needing our savings as my annual salary is around £21,000 although that is only when taking into bonus applied as part of Ecuadorian law. These bonuses do not appear on payslips but I do have other proof which is detailed below. Thanks in advance everyone.

12 Payslips
Signed/stamped copy of James contract
HR letter confirming James employment
Ecuadorian P60 equivalent for 2014
Proof of bonus payments paid to sponsor in 2014 from the Ministry of Labor (Important as these do not appear in payslips)
Letter from boss explaining organization’s liquidity issues and late payments of salaries (often a problem in Ecuador).

12 months bank statements signed and stamped by bank
Bank letter confirming current balance
Bank savings book

UK SAVINGS EVIDENCE
Last 6 months original HSBC bank statements which show evidence of savings

Applicant original and former passports
2 recent passport photos of applicant

U.K JOB OFFER
Official job offer letter from employer confirming job start within 3 months of return at 22k gross

UK ACCOMMODATION EVIDENCE
Mum sponsor letter
Original land registry documents
Council tax documents
Photographs of all rooms with measurements
Copy of Mum's passport page
Utility bills

RELATIONSHIP EVIDENCE AND PROOF OF COMMITMENT
Marriage Certificate
Photos starting with wedding and spanning last 7 years of marriage
International travel proof (such as flight tickets on same plane)
Letters from all previous landlords over last 7 years
Sponsor’s proof of double (Ecuadorian) nationality
Official voting certificates which show we voted in Ecuadorian elections together on the same day
Letter from sponsor explaining relationship history and plans for UK
Letter from applicant explaining relationship history and plans for UK
Applicant employment letter which shows current salary and C.V (to show employability)

ENGLISH LANGUAGE
IELTS academic certificate (7 overall score, taken in December)

T.B CERTIFICATE
Original Home Office approved certification valid for 6 months (until June 2015)
