RLMT Query

Hi All,

Please can someone shed light on the below scenario, would be really helpful:

ACCA 13 Papers Passed
Currently on T4
Holding UK Naric Certificate confirming the qualification is equivalent to UK Bachelors Degree

If the job has to be advertised or by any chance COS can be obtained without RLMT?

Background is that the basic T4 is visa is running out end of FEB, OBU results expected on 25th March, so if we apply end of FEB can we submit the degree later, does the date of award matter in this scenario?

I am not sure but my thinking is you have to have a rlmt done.
also i am surprised UKN can issue such a certificate based on acca only as acca is a professional qualification and not a educational.
How can they certify it to be equivalent to uk bachelors. I would advise do check the exact wordings.. as ukba does not award oints for acca till u have had a oxford brokes degree by submitting project.
