Online gerry service charges from Pakistan

Hi guys;

I hope you are all okay. I am bit stuck so need help. I have recently helped one of my friend in applying for his spouse family permit under free movement. I understand there is no fee for the visa but service charges only. When we booked the appointment there was no option of €35 so we did not make any payment. Now I am really confused as to how this amount should be paid. When one goes to visa option under free movement the amount shown is 0.00. Please can someone help us as the appointment has already been made.
