Please help- ESOL Skills for life Entry 3 for ILR.

Hello Dear Forum Members,

Please advise as my wife has given:

Entry Level Certificate in ESOL Skills for life ( Speaking and Listening)
(Entry3)
100/4901/0

and has passed it from City & Guilds on 30th June 2014. I have checked it under the List of approved tests and providers, but cannot find this above certificate listed.

I can see the certificate has OFQUAL STAMP and is listed on their site.

I am panicking as someone could advise if this is correct/valid one for our ILR application?
