Indefinite Leave to Remain - How to count 'Continuous Period

Hi

My question is about the continuous stay eligibility to qualify for ILR. Details are as follows

1. Entry in UK - Sep 2010 on Tier 2 ICT

2. Moved to Tier 1 General - March 2011

I have 2 questions

1. Do i complete 5 years of continuous stay in UK in Sep 2015 or Mar 2016 to qualify for the ILR?

2. Do the same qualification rules apply to the dependents as well?

Hi Mate.

I am not 100% sure, but it should be Sept 2015, Please do confirm.

you can include your tier 2 ict towards ILR

I guess Tier2 ICT is not considered for ILR count if it has be approved after April 2010. Please check.
