Tier 2 Dependant

Hello All,

am a tier 2 dependent searching for a job... Accompanied my wife who is the primary sponsor.

am trying for job but landing none.

am following posts here and saw some posts where some say it legitimate to work here and couple where it is not. am confused.

even though my profile is in demand am landing nowhere.

Please let me know if i can continue searching and also whether i can try getting a sponsor.

It's legal to work on a dependent visa. If you want to look for sponsor - that also is fine. But do ensure that the sponsor is genuine and is not the typical umbrella company who will provide you as a contractor to their clients. This kind of setup is illegal as per Tier 2 rules.

It's damn tough to get a job in London. Keep trying sometimes it takes a year to get a job.
I have faced the same problem for 4 months.
