Tier 2 General Restricted CoS outcome for Feb 2015

Post by downle » Wed Feb 11, 2015 10:44 am

Hi, I am new here.

My company just submitted my Tier 2 General RCos application on 5th Feb, I think today is the allocation meeting time.

Anyone got the RCos today for Feb's round?

Thanks

Hi All,
My employer says she hasn't heard anything yet. I don't know how it works, I think, neither my employer does.
Is she going to get notified by UKVI via e-mail when decision made or is she supposed to log on SMS system to check the situation of COS? Can you please advise?
Thanks

By the way, congrats Muhilana

Hi,
My employer hasn't got any e-mail. It seems to be that no decision made yet. Then, what does it mean? Should we wait one more month to hear something? What I am afraid is paragraph 29.18 https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _11-14.pdf
saying that " If we have been unable to carry out those checks by the following allocation date, your application will be rejected "

Could you please inform me?

Thanks in advance

Your Res COS should be considered this month since you have sent the documents they required in time.If they are satisfied with your documents yours will be approved in this allocation.Anyhow they have not updated the list yet at allocation guidance shown below

Hi there

I am in UK currently and will be leaving UK on 22 Feb.
My employer wanted to ensure I get a visa appointment before going to India.
However without giving details of the below section, I cannot submit my application.

Please Enter Details of up to your 5 most recent visits (which will include my 22feb exit from UK)

Can you guide me what I can do in such a scenario pleasE?

Hi,

It is not a big issue, you can enter the date you have filled out the form and just add your exact departure date as a note in the purpose of trip section explaining you couldn't enter a future date etc.
