Backdating Child Benefit?

Hi Gurus,
I got ILR on 06-2-2015 and received the BRP cards today.
so want to applty for Child Benefit for my daughter and son

I was reading their HMRC website and it says that CB can be backdated for three months.

I plan to send application tomorrow (13-02-2015) so my query is CB will be backdated from

06-2-2015 (The date I got ILR)
13-2-2015 (The date I send the application)
14-02-2015 (The date they receive application)
??--??--???? (Any other date they like)

I will be extremely thankful if someone clarifies the rule.

You will receive child benefit from the date that you qualify to claim, i.e. the date you were granted ILR

Extremely thankful CR001 for clarification.

My son was born in UK and for him I plan to send his UK Birth certificate.

1) Can someone please tell me which documents from the list I need to send for my daughter born who was born in Paksitan
Paksitani Passport
Birth Certificate Original
Birth Certficate Translation
BRP Card for ILR

2) How long it takes for processing claim?

I got ILR in start of Jan 2015 and applied for CB on 13th Jan. i received 3 months payment from October 2014 although I clearly write the date of my ILR. My child was born in Uk last year Feb.

For British certificate you need birth certificate and your ILR biomatric Card along with MN1 form. Use the NCS service its quick as mine took 4 weeks.

For your daughter u will need FLR M visa.
