Can any one help me with the current job scenario for IT prof with 3+ year of exp in .NET( C#,ASP.NET,SQL SERVER,VB.NET...)

My friend, we've got thousand and thousands of people from india whose got the same IT experience like you and want to come to the Uk. Have you got the X factor?

I think he means do you stand out from the rest...

Like the OP said there are thousands of people with similar experience already in the UK and one needs to stand out from the rest to secure a job / contract (and ofcourse a bit lucky as well)

Hi Olisun..
I do understand by X Factor .. wat i was expecting is what is the right thing to know further in .NET. Remoting/WCF etc .. .meaning what is th eindepth thing that would make you stand out.
