ILR Application 28 Days before Arrival\Visa Start Date???

IS there any rule, if our leave to remain valid for 5-6 months or a year, we can not apply before 28 days of VISA start date. we should apply 28 days before of arrival date.

for example :
Visa start date is 20 April, 2010
Arrival date : 03 May, 2010 (withing 90 days)

Leave to remain valid till July 2016.

can we apply 28 days before 20 April 2015?

U can apply 28 days prior to completion of your residence requirement

So in your case 20th April 2010 is your date of visa stamped.
Therefore assuming your 5yr completion should be 19th April 2010.

So technically 28days prior date works out to 22nd March 2015. (Your calculation : http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd ... &aw=&ad=28 )

But I have this related query too...where it reads :

This is where the confusion starts... DOES THIS MEAN THAT ONCE THE APPLICATION DATE IS FINALIZED WE SHOULD RECALCULATE THE 5YR COMPLETION PERIOD BACKDATING FROM THE APPLICATION DATE?

Hence I kindly request a senior member to please confirm on this.

Yes PBS for Tier 2 ICT Migrant and came before 90 days..... My visa still valid till mid of 2016.

If our Leave to remain is valid till July 2016 and eligible fo ILR in April 2015, Is there any rule to apply for ILR before 28 days of arrival not the VISA start date?

For example:

My Visa start date is 20-April-2010
First Entry Clearance is 03-May-2010
Leave to remail vailid till July 2016.

when should I apply for ILR, before 28 days of visa start date or first entry clearance?

Note: my visa type it ICT T2 Migrant.
