3.8 – 3.9 You must give details of all civil judgments which have resulted in a court order being made against you as well as any civil penalties under the UK Immigration Acts. If you have been declared bankrupt at any time you should give details of the bankruptcy proceedings. (Your application is unlikely to succeed if you are an undischarged bankrupt).
If I were you, I would have binned the notices without opening them. Even though they use very intimidating language and format, there is very little they can do when it comes to getting the money out of you. They will try their best to make you pay by intimidation.Tier1Gen wrote:Hi fwd079,

I am at the moment planning to appeal to UKPC which will be sometime next month
And then will go to independent body POPLA.
Nothing to do with the courts at the moment.
