delay In Processing EEA FP

Hello everyone, and thank you for all help you doing.
i applied for EEA FP, on 04/02/2015, till today no answer (the 17th day).
wish your help about what expecting refuse or admission after long time, for that i give you information of my documents submited :
INDEX, Appointement printed, EEA FP application, EU residence car (non-EU national), ID of my wife, invit letter, historic letter, photos, marriage certificat, historic fb, badoo, skype, viber (over two years), P60, bank statement, payslips,.. and list still long.
my application in embessy poland.
i'm really stressed and waiting your advices.
