HSMP decision made, but no decision letter yet

Hi All,

Application received 3/9
Credit Card charged 4/9

Emailed them 19/9, reply 19/9 stating decision made on 6/9, and letter and documents posted on 6/9.

They also said they cannot tell me the result for security reasons.

1. Does postage usually take 2+ weeks (international)?
2. Can they tell me result over email or phone, as some posts suggests?
3. I was not given a reference number or option for courier pick up.
