Once you get ILR you can register your child as British.

Well, you have to apply for PBS dependent extension, to be on safer side.
You can only apply for naturalization, if your ILR is approved.

It is a tricky situation.
Once you got your ILR, you can register her as a citizen using MNI, section 1(3).
But, for any reason, if you dont get an ILR, then your kid will be an overstayer, and this will affect any future applications (but, this does not matter for MN1; it is an entitlement).

There is an avenue of varying the application, but I am not sure whether you are allowed to vary a PBS dependent application to MN1 registration application.
Seniors can advice you on this.

There's not much point in making any out-of-time application for your child.

If you fail, then she will fail too.
If you succeed, then she will be entitled to register as a British citizen directly.

If you are granted limited leave instead of ILR, then follow Greenie's advice.

my concern was if i get visa after her 28 days of period, is my baby wont consider as overstayed
or
is she don't need visa as she born here. if thats true can i just wait until i get my result even though its takes after my baby visa expire.

Please clarify my problem

thanks in advance

She will be over stayer but that doesn't matter because she will be entitled to register as British citizen.

Baby is already an overstayer since her leave had already expired.

but you have 28 days to apply for visa, you are not overstayer for first 28 days of your visa expiry date.
and so you suggest me to wait for my Visa approval and then apply for Naturalisation or apply for PBS dependant now then Naturalisation

That means even my baby is overstayed she can
still apply for neutralisation once I got my ILR.
Is it right ?
Or any other ideas

For MN1 registration, yes.
It is right. No matter she has overstayed.
