Tier 1 (general) ILR, 100 days late entry to UK

Hello,

I have a confusion, if please anybody can help me, I am not getting the exact solution for my problem.
I am on Tier 1 (general) my visa date was 28th April-2010, after 3 years, in 2013 I got my first extension and in April 2015, after 2 years of my first extension, I will be applying for ILR.

The problem is I came to UK on 7th August-2010, that is on 101st date i.e. after 100 days. Actually I made car accident in back home due to which I was not able to travel.

Now I donot know what should I do about it? Can I apply for ILR or I have taken another extension?

Your eligibility start data was 7th Aug 2010, So you can go for ILR on or after Friday, 10 July 2015.

I think you need to go for another extension..

is the process of extension is same as it was for the first time, or for the 2nd extension the process is different?

I am sorry one other question. When can i apply for 2nd extension? I have heard that from some sate on april 2015 they are closing down the 2nd extension. My visa expery date is 28 April 2015.
And how much extension they will give me??

You MUST apply before 6th of April. There will be no more extensions given even if your visa was valid afterwards.

I guess the extension would be given for 3 years (some people say 2 years, and I am not sure about that).
