Tier2 ICT Staff Partner for Wife from India

Post by hopeUk » Sun Feb 22, 2015 11:52 am

Dear All,

I need an urgent help. As this forum has always guided & helped me regarding visa process.

I am in UK at present under Tier2-ICT Long Term workpermit Visa. I am about to start the visa process to UK for my wife in India under ICT Staff Partner Visa. I have to send her these following below documents to her.

My Documents:-
1 UK Visa Stamp (scan copy)
2 Bank e-statement for past 4 months with stamp+sign (scan copy)
3 Tenant Agreement of UK house (scan copy)
4 Statement Letter from me that I will be maintaining her stay in UK (Scan Copy)
5 My UK Offer Letter (Scan Copy)
6 My Six Month's Salary Slip with attested by Indian HR (Scan Copy)

Along with above documents she has following below documents:

My Wife's Document:-
7 Marriage Certificate (Original)
8 Passport (Original)
9 TB X-Ray Report (Original)

Please tell me that the above 9 documents are ok for the visa application. if anything is not correct or missing, please advise me.
Thanks in advance for your time.

Kind Regards,

hopeUk

1. Also include a copy of your passport first/last page copy.
2. If you've been married for some time (more than a month), I've seen folks attaching documents to prove that the marriage is subsisting. e.g. call logs, whatsapp chats and so on. Although its not a mandatory document, you'd find some cases in this forum that the dependent visa was rejected due to this. Do a search and you'll find many posts on it.
