Is expired IELTS enough for English Language proficiency ?

Is expired IELTS enough for English Language proficiency ?

i gor PR after 5 years of HSMP. My spouse had her IELTS test on 2010 in London for HSPC registration and got average 7.0. usually IELTS exam report expired after 2 years. Can i use this as proof of English or should i go for NARIC report ?

Expired IELTs can be used to prove KoL. See the thread below.
