ILR or FLR? need help

Post by Ali1975 » Mon Feb 23, 2015 12:31 pm

My friend got ILR on the basis of 10 years long residency in January 2015, his wife and one son are living with him as a dependent since April 2010 as a dependent of PSW and Tier 1 General. His son born in Pakistan.

What is the right way to apply his wife and son ILR? either direct settlement as a 2 year route or FLR 5 years route?

Please share some information , kind regards.

FLR 5 years route
This is because the main applicant obtained ILR based on Long residency.

They need to make a new application, and wait for a further 5 years, provided of course your friend is earning 22,400.
