Date of ILR earliest eligibility

Hi,
I am planning to apply for ILR on March 28th 2015. Here are my dates. Can someone confirm that I am ok to apply please.

Date of visa application: 8-feb-2010
Date of visa stamp (effective dated): 15-apr-2010
Date of entry to uk: 8-may-2010 (after 23 days of stamping)
Current leave expiry date: 16-may-2017

Date of eligibility for ILR: 19-mar-2015

So i am applying 9 days after eligibility if I apply on 28-mar-2015. Is that right ?

Should your ILR eligibility not be 5 years from date of entry ? .. i.e 8-may-2015 ??

You can apply on or after Wednesday, 18 March 2015

I think I get the 90 days concession because I entered UK within 90 days of my visa start date. Was trying to confirm that.

I was wondering about this 90 day rule too! As far as I understand, as long as we enter the UK within the 90 days our 5 year time clock can begin the day the visa was granted?
