You need vaf4a and appendix 2 filled in by hand and online form filled online then printed!
Yeh the questions are similar but everyone sends the vaf4a form as well!
Are you sure? Check again!
If your husband hasn't sent that then reschedule your appointment straight away and get him to send that form asap!
I think Gerry's won't even accept the application if you don't have all the correct forms?!?
Hope you sort this out

Hey ... Theres only 2 forms that need to be submitted... One is the online form which is submitted then printed and that along with hand filled appendix 2 form. U dont need to fill the vaf4a form by hand because uve already done that online and have the print out which u send with your application. Hope this has cleared things :)x

VAF4A should only to be filled in online, submitted, printed and signed. Filling it in by hand is a waste of time.

You're correct.

I just read your signature, I escalated my wife's application, they also replied back saying, Application Concluded and I read previously your visa was rejected. I'm asking because the escalation email doesn't state that I will receive any emails from Islamabad or anywhere. It only says I will be contacted by VAC once my documents are ready for collection.

Please pray that my wife is granted her visa, In Sha'Allah and all the best to you and everyone else.

Iv got the VF4a application form aswell, its just not filled in. But iv looked at the printed online application form and the vf4a form and they are the same thing. So i dnt think i need to hand that in. The vf4a application form on the website is only for those countries where online application is not available , as pakistan has got the online application available we dont need to fill in the paper form because we already filled it online. So its like ur handing in 2 identical forms one online filled and one hand written. Hope thats makes sense sis, xxx

Apparently a few people mentioned that this has changed now and if you get 1 email you are granted visa

Can someone please confirm

AN UPDATE ON MY WIFE'S VISA…

I didn't receive any emails from BHC informing me that the application was processed or concluded. Neither did I receive any email from Gerrys, VAC telling me that the documents are ready for collection. My wife only received a call from VAC yesterday and today she went to get her passport and guess what?

MY WIFE HAS BEEN GRANTED HER VISA!!!!

My advice to everyone who's still waiting for their visa outcome.. DO NOT rely on the email theory!

I didn't hire a solicitor either to handle my wife's visa. ALL the information and requirements you need are listed on the .gov.uk website. Plus forums like this helped me answer some of the questions I had prior to making the application.

ONLY submit your application once you are 100% sure of all the requirements and you are confident that you have gathered all the evidence you need to submit with your application.

Solicitors charge up to £1000 or more. You can save this money by doing your own research and using forums like these to get advice. But at the same time, do not let what others say put you in doubt. Do your own research!

May Allah grant you all your spouse visas ASAP, In Sha'Allah.
