Company sposership Suspended - Need urgent advise

As mentioned in the subject, My employers sponsor license got suspended more than a month ago

Kindly advise on the below

1. How does UKBA audit process works?
2. Will they pay us a visit?
3. Are they going to interview all the tier 2 visa holders in the company?

The majority of Sponsor suspensions are due to visits in the first place.
If there has been a suspension without a visit that would point to a change of address without it being notified. So they tried to visit and the company was not there.
There are other reasons for suspension without a visit but the above cover the majority of suspensions.
Audit - they can do whatever they want.
They might interview migrants, they might not.
They will almost certainly visit assuming the licence is being considered for reinstatement.
How do you know it is suspension and not revoked?
What type of business is it?

Yes, it is suspended as our company moved to new address recently and UKBA visited the old address and suspended the license

We have sent the required documents to prove the address change.. but its been over 6 weeks but they have not responded yet..

It is an IT company and we are working for the same company and its genuine business (Not umbrella or contracting)

So, obviously the sponsor has not met the sponsor duties as they didn't update the address, will they reinstate the license after the visit

Almost certainly the licence will be reinstated after the visit if they don't find any other issues.
The fact they were selected for a visit in the first place suggests there is some reason of concern. They rarely visit for the sake of it now.

We thought it is a random visit!

the only concern I believe would be, one of our colleague (tier 2) resigned a year ago and he left the country but company didn't update that in SMS.. Will this become a reason to revoke the license?

Non reporting of an early leaver is not a strong enough reason to go to revoke straight away.
Normally that type of stuff is a B rate action plan at best.
If the leaver has become any issue, illegal working elsewhere, involved in criminal activity etc then that will bounce back on the Sponsor for not reporting at the correct time.
They have HMRC records as a fairly std feature so could have identified he was working elsewhere.

It will be a wait and see what happens. The Sponsor is not exactly compliant given what you have described...

the person who resigned is a very good friend of mine.. he left the country straight away once he completed his notice period.. Now working in some other country.. So cannot be involved in working illegally etc..
