I won't be applying ILR for my wife as she was not here for 5years. I'm thinking to apply ILR on same day appointment and then apply wife for dependent by post. Do I still need those cohabitation documents?

saq247,

I guess you will be making three separate applications

i) ILR for yourself.
ii) Naturalisation for your daughter once you been granted ILR
iii) Further Leave for your wife.

If you search forum for each of these application types you can find enough information.

Cohabitations are only required if you and your wife applying for ILR together.

Thanks for clearing that TIER1O.

In this case if I attached all my relevant docs then it should be ok I believe.
