Registration of a child born to non-EEA as a british citizen

Post by omotola » Fri Jun 27, 2014 7:05 am

Good morning,
I have a son who was born here in the UK, he is 9yrs and a month now.
My query now is that, if I apply for him base on 7yrs route now(FLR (O) will it affects/forfeits his application for british citizen when he turns 10 next year.
Thanks
Fatimat

No, it won't. And wouldn't it be FLR(FP)?

Hi All,

I have got a child born in the UK, he is going to be 10yrs in May 2015. My question is, Do l need to wait until he turns 10 or 28days before he is 10yrs?
