Hi ALL,

My EC was given on 08/08/2007 - 08/08/2009
What if I enter U.K on 28/09/2007, Will it be any problem for now or future ???

Please help me with this, really worried.

You can enter anytime in UK within 6 months. Problem is with your ILR. ILR clock starts when you enter the UK. it says you must be in UK for 5 years to apply for ILR. As your time starts when you enter the UK. then you will be shorten for 1 month and have to reapply for HSMP after 5 years. Also, you never know about the UK policy when it gets changed. Hope it make sense.
