I contact DX to track my BRP but i got information below
Unfortunately our system currently shows that we do not hold any outstanding deliveries for you. Until the item has been received by our courier team we are unable to confirm when you can expect a delivery on this. If you require any further updates please contact the issuer who may be able to advise as to when this is due for despatch to you. Please note that until the item has been received we are unable to confirm any alternative delivery options.

I doubt it is due to technical issue. I knew another person havent got his permit yet. he did the application in the same day.

That is too long. it said it took up to 10 working days. and many people applying after me have got their BRP several days ago. it is weird.

No i haven't. I have contacted the courier but they haven't got any under my name. I got the below response from Home Office.
Thank you for the enquiry regarding the delivery of the Biometric Residence Permit (BRP).
We can confirm that the BRP has been produced recently and should be out for delivery within 3 – 7 working days. Deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm. Please note that on delivery the courier will require proof of identity (such as passport, driving licence or bank card) and a signature to confirm receipt of the package.
We are unable to provide any other delivery details at the moment.
We advise travel arrangements should not be made until after the BRP has been received.
Thank you
BRP Delivery Team

Hi,
Courier company is DX Secure. Call 01604 496798 and press * when they ask for tracking number. Once connected they will ask for postcode or Tracking number and the Last name.

same for me, no parcel under my name either from dx, have u asked ho tracking number? Did they say they just produced the card recently? It is weird, I strongly consider the case worker forgot our cards. We did get approved in the same day probably processed by the same case worker. He might just started the job.
