tier 2 general dependent visa

Can somebody help me

Presently I am tier-2 ict & my spouse & kids are on tier-2 ict dependent status, valid upto Sep'15.

My wife is expecting sponsor under tier 2 general by Mid-MArch'15 & intends to go back to India and apply under tier-2 general in April'15.

Can my kids apply for tier 2 general dependent visa in India around Aug'15 based on my wife's COS above.

Can I apply under Tier 2 general dependent later on , say next year.

My main query is once COS is issued in MArch'15 , based on which the main applicant needs to apply within 3 months for his Visa.
Can the dependent apply separately & later , if yes , till what time perIod can the dependents apply.

PLEASE CAN ANYBODY HELP.

Yes, they can apply later. Anytime until the main applicant's visa is valid.
