Financial Requirement for Spouse and Dependents

Dear All,

I would appreciate if someone can shed some light on my current situation listed below,

I am currently on ILR - through Tier 1 General.
I want to apply settlement dependent visa for spouse and 3 children from Pakistan in early March i.e. next month. I understand the requirement for above family is GBP 27200 per annum.
I am not very clear on financial requirement and need some help from gurus please,

Current Permanent Employment (Salaried Employment) started in Oct' 14, i.e. less than 6 months. Basic Annual salary for this employment is £ 24200 but overtime is also paid.
Previous employment (which started back in 2011) was temporary employment (Non-Salaried Employment) i.e. pay based on hours worked.
So far during this tax year I have earned around £ 43000 (£17000 from current salaried employment including overtime and £ 26000 from previous temporary non-salaried employment).

My question is do I meet the salary criteria, if yes please could you provide a link, if no then please also confirm how.


I would really appreciate if someone can guide me in current scenario.

Financial requirement isn't dependent on what you've earned in a tax year,it's what you've earned in 6 months or in the past one year,provided you meet the amount you need to qualify. You can read more about it here https://www.gov.uk/.../AnnexFM_Section_ ... Requiremen

Yes, you need to have earned 27,000 in the last 6-12 calendar months at least.
