Can one apply for a WHM visa while being UK in Visit VISA?

if a person is in UK in a Visit Visa, can that person apply for Working holiday Visa in UK itself ?

Hi,

my bf is in India (Chennai) and went to "UK VFS Global services" to inquire about WHM. There they have told him, the interview for WHM visa will be scheduled after 12 months!!! only, as there are a huge number of applications in this particular category.

what can we do about this situtaion ?
he needs to come here in 30-45 days.

now we came to know, in India it will take 12 months!!! for WHM.
why is it so ? does that happen so ?

can anyone else suggest any other way ?

the situation is very urgent & i want him to come here soon.
can we write to anybody by mentioning our situation (i am diagnosed with Cancer) ?

or Visit visa the only way ?

I'm very sorry to hear about your cancer, but again all the fact have not been laid out here and that is very important if you want help from this site's members.
If the person has visitors visa he/she can visit you but the person will still have to apply for the WHM for India

Hi Siggi,

i wanted to know ... whether we can write to anybody for the faster processing of WHM.
coz 12 months too much !!!
my bf is still in India only. as the WHM may take longer time, we thought of going Visit visa, as there is no other go.

thats why i asked so.
