If they agree to reconsider and you were the main applicant and she was the dependant , then surely, he application must have been considered also.

Thank you very much Obie for the quick reply. She received the rejection letter from home office today and they have mentioned that she has overstaying from 23rd may 2013 and she hasn't got appeal rights... Pls advice. Thank you.

Good evening Chari.dish5, IS It possible to please share your immigration history or your timelines from the time you and your wife applied for entrepreneur visa(may 2013) when it was refused because the story was not clear enough.

when your entrepreneur visa was refused were you given appeal right or not ?
Were you on section 3c and 3d or on judicial review from may 2013 till when you clocked ten years in UK ?
when did you withdraw your judicial review for home office reconsideration?

I hope if you can answer the above questions or show your immigration time lines /immigration history more people or people who were once in your situation will be able to advise you accordingly.
