when im eligible for ILR

IN dec 2010 I claim asylum and then February 2011 I got the Decision the asylum refused but for other Reason I been granted 3 years discretionary leave from 15/02/2011 to 14/2/2014
in 15/01/2014 I submit DL application to extended my leave and I wait all years till 27th February 2015 i received letter from the home office saying I have been granted another 3 years expired 24/2/2018
but I know discretionary leave to ILR is 6 years is that mean I can still submit application for ILR in February 2017 ? or I have to wait till 2018 ?
recording to the gov website ILR form is the same one DL ?

does the time we spent waiting on the DLR renewal counts towards the ILR ?

U can apply for ILR in Feb 2017. After 6 years on DLR. As application decision time also counts towards ILR if u apply before expiring of your last leave (DLR). Section 3c triggers and extend your last stay by the virtue of section 3c Immigration Act 1971.
