if her absence days exceeds 90 days during last 12 months then she cant apply she must have to wait untill the days reduce to 90 or below 90. Provided other requirements are okay then she can apply anytime . Thanks.adil2009 wrote:hello everyone,

3 years means in total like ILR granted after 2 years and then 1 year after ILR granted so in total 3 years. N the day you submit your application so from that day she should have been in uk for 3 years before. E.g if application is going to be submitted on march 15 2015 so she should be in uk from 15 march 2012 .adil2009 wrote:tulip11 wrote:if her absence days exceeds 90 days during last 12 months then she cant apply she must have to wait untill the days reduce to 90 or below 90.
