Iam not sure but I believe Set(M) straight forward cases are being dealt faster on a separate track than Set(O) which requires further investigation. This is what I can infer from this forum.

I have copied other people timelines to kind of get an idea. We can add to it as we go on. We don't have a tracker for postal applications excluding set LR? Can anyone make one?

Dania waiting for your feedback.

Sajjus thanks for that aggregation of information. So as a thumb rule we can state for postal applications the average processing time is 3-4months.

Yes Devp thats what I think too. Do understand that this is a very small number where as the home office receives a couple thousand or more applications every month. Another thing I believe is that processing time has gone down. People who applied in August received their decision in around 5 months time, and then it took the next batch around 3 to 3.5 months and now the time is under 3 months. So be positive, hoping for positive decisions in under 3 months!!

Dania I believe you might have to sign for it, so it should be a different guy bringing you your documents. Did they say it was recorded delivery?

Oh, ok. Did they tell you they mailed it yesterday or was it day before yesterday?? Can't you call them again and ask for the right tracking number, also ask them when did they mail it? You are almost there so keep praying.

Yes sajjuz they said it was recorded delivery, sent yesterday on 4th, actually they just mentioned recorded delivery and signed for and not that it was first class or second class, so m confused , actually normally all signed for posts our post man brings if its via royal mail, but dont know what will happen this time

Dania if it is a second class delivery it is usually a one to two day process depending on when they send it during the day.One day if it was sent before 2PM and the next day if it is later on.Also if it is a signed for then even if you miss it you can still collect it at the depot after 24hours (as in the worst case)

Dania Sajjuz

From expeience of packages (like our docs sent back) are sent by other than postman. Because it cannot be put thru mail window in the door. ( i was so told)
Unsure if ILR letter is sent first or seperate from returned docs??

Lastly any stats timelines of set o entrepreneur accelerated.................appreciate information

Entrepreneur 10 jobs,
I agree that it would be separate from the postman as the postman does not knock, hand packages and get signatures. If it was just a regular letter then they would not send it recorded delivery.

I am in the same boat at u..accelerated route but we just applied last week...

I have not given any originals, just life in uk as i went through settlement services, so can i expect to get my brp with signed post? They said they have sent just 1 signed for post for me, so does that mean it has both my brp and letter? Or that will come separately?

It should come separately usually 5-7 days after your approval letter.

Dania,
This is what others posted:

Approval letter received dated 13/02/2015 with documents returned today 17/02/2015
BRP card. Mentioned within 7 working days .....waiting

Alhamdulillah Approval later received 27/02/2015
BRP card still waiting

BRP and Doc Recieved : 2015/03/03

Documents received: 23/02/15
BRP received: 24/02/15

BRP Ack.: 20/02/15

Its possible you just receive your letter and BRP together. As long as you get your letter the BRP will follow if not with it. Don't worry about that.
