Hi,

Ilr is refused as my wife requested English exemption
but ukba not accepted for depression ..hhepatitis c...bbasis

Refused with no appeal right as she has valid pbs dependent
visa

Question is can she request for review. ..iIf so where
to send? ??

Pass english language test as soon as possible

From 6th April 2015 only Ielts and trinity test will acceptable if pass after 6th April 2015

people that have been asking for review are saying is taking forever for home office to respond to them, however i doubt if they are going to wave English language for her due to what you list. i think you will find it difficult to convince them that being depressed will not allow her to study and sit for the exam. They are expecting unmanageable disability like learning disabilities, mental health etc. i think they belief diabetics, depression etc can still be managed. My honest advise is to encourage her to sit for the Trinity Exam, because it looks like it is the simplest compare to others.

What about people who got B1 from ofqual registered such as Pearson? will that be considered invalid? for both IRL and Naturliastion?
Does it also mean for naturlisation the b1 must be IELTs or trinity college?

Ho is making our lives more difficult day by day. U can use the pearson till 5th november 2015 if pass before or on 5th april 2015.

After that it must be from ielts and trinity.

One more thing only 10 ielts centers and 10 trinity centers in UK can take ielts test and approved by HO for visa purposes.

Just some further info to avoid some confusion.

the gov website does state ESOL will still be accepted IF taken in the UK.

For those who have used the English certificate for the ILR which is no longer on the Home Office list need not worry for BC. If you view the application for naturalisation, where is asks for how you meet the KOLL requirements, there is a tick box option that states KOLL was met for ILR after 28 October 2013 so no need to submit or do another test again.
