change of card details

hello,

i got my hsmp approved and my passport is sent for stamping. but recently due to fraud my bank blocked the old card and issued me with a new card. How can i inform hsmp team about my new card details before they charge me on my old card.

Use all three possible methods immediately:
1. Fax
2. E-mail
3. Telephone
