DOcuments required for extending ICT Tier 2 Dependent Visa

Dear Friends,

Can you please share the required list of documents for extending Tier 2 ICT Long Term Dependent Visa.

I will be applying for extension of Dependent Visa along with my wife's ICT Tier 2 Staff Partner Visa soon. Currently I do not have Original Degree Certificate as I missed it in home country. So wanted to know the mandatory list of necessary documents.

Your inputs would really help !

How come both are applying for dependent visa?? Maybe a typo??

Btw, if you are extending your ICT from within UK and you are with the same employer and for the same role, you only need your passport, photos, BRP (if available). For extensions, you don't need degree certificate OR maintenance documents. Add original marriage certificate since both will be applying together.

Yes it was a typo, My wife has ICT Long Term staff visa and I have dependent Visa. So when we both applying together for extension and since employer is same and applying within UK, we do not need degree certificate. Correct ?

Correct. You've already proved your english requirement when you applied for the first entry clearance.
