Now I understand why you are so worried about the BRP. Well won't know for sure until the first pack arrives. InshaAllah hoping both the letter and BRP are in it. Also as you stated they don't have any documents to send back, so it might be your BRP!!!

Its possible you just receive your letter and BRP together. As long as you get your letter the BRP will follow if not with it. Don't worry about that.

Actually sajjuz my main worry is we are planning to go abroad to meet family, havent met them from past 2 years, now from next month hubby is working only chance for us to go is now incase we recieve everything quicker so we can travel next week, bt now again a waiting game:( can i ask if they have sent brp n approval letter separately they ll mention they sent 2 packs? Or they ll still call it as 1 post?

Well if I were you I wouldn't leave home till 6 pm. I am following this thread waiting for an update from you. InshaAllah soon and a happy one.

Sajjuz called home office gave same number saying they have sent the post so cant correct number now, i asked if they sent 1 or two posts they said just 1, also i called dx courier they confirmed they dont have any posts for me, so all hopes from this royal mail post now have to wait till tomorrow now, but i hope this is end of our troubles , n can have happy time to meet our family

Sometimes, the out of normal mail, comes earlier, like a package delivery from royal mail. If they sent 1 package maybe returned docs + approval ltr.

Biru 1926 i justt called and got to know they decided my case and has been sent in post visa royal mail, when should i expect delivery? Will it be delivered tomorrow or day after? Oh m soo stressed, and is tracking number for BRP? Pr approval letter?

Yes i Did this morning they said my application is not completed yet,i:e its under process and i asked them which month application they processing they said DECEMBER ,that was bit relief but still pressure and stress,hope we get it soon yours i think should be in day or two,let me know your updates fingers crossed we get it soon

Friends i applied under Set M in Dec,i rang home office yesterday they said they started dealing with Dec applications,god knows wts going on jus too much stress now,looks like its just random and all on your Luck,all my best wishes with every one lets pray guys hope we all get our visa soon

I believe we can fairly summarise that Set(M), the december applications are being considered and Set(O), October/November applications are being progressed. The reason is that I have not seen any Set(O) being awarded in the last couple of weeks.
