Hi All
I am going to apply for my spouse visa soon under category B non-salaried. I am British and have a 2 months old baby and was born outside the UK.
Started work after a gap because i was back home due to some family issues.
The gross salary is below
Month 1- £824
Month 2- £1,563
Month 3- £1,945
Month 4- £1,988
Month 5- £2,022
Month 6- £1,948
The gross salary per year comes to £20,580
My contract says my weekly contractual hours lets say 54 hours per week and salary per hour £8.94/hr but I am paid monthly.
My question is do I have to wait for 26 weeks and get a payslip of one additional month before I can apply or my 6 payslips will do because if i count from month 1 to month 6 it does not make 26 weeks?
Secondly,
Is it good to apply the for the baby's British passport or should I apply under my dependent which will raise the financial requirements? Also if I apply for my baby's as my dependent, do I have to show a one bedroom accommodation or again one room also fulfils the requirement?
Kind Regards
Adi
