Financial req querey about spouse visa

Hi, i am goint to apply for my wife visa in april 2015,i am using salaray slips from april 2014 to March 2015. my question is

1) Do i need to provide 12 months salary slips or 6 months? if 6 month how they will calculate my salaray?

2) i used to do 2nd job, which i left on Aug 2014, can i use this job income from April 2014 till Aug 2014? how HO will calculate this job income?

You need to provide further information about your employment and earnings for anyone to answer those questions.

well income from first job 16000 and if i add second job as well this will cross £18600, assume my income is more than £18600

Hi Gurus

Please clarify my below query.

I worked in ltd company @annual salary of 18000 pounds. I worked there from Nov2013 to Dec 2014 as the company has gone into administration on 31 Dec2014.
I got overtime for June Aug Nov & Dec 2014 as 525.56 pounds
I also got Holiday pay & compensation for loss of notice
737.33 pounds
I am working part time in another company since 2007 & earns 1537.12 pounds per yr. I work one day per week 4 hrs.

I went to India in Jan 2015 for marriage

I joined new company on 2nd Feb @ salary of 1563 pounds per month. I worked for one month as it was at far off place.

I joined permanent job in 2nd
March 2015 @ annual salary of
21000 pounds n continuing

The financial requirement is 18600 pounds for spouse visa and am applying spouse visa around 16 march

3.20 of Appendix 2 VAF 4A
Asks What was your sponsor total income before tax from salaried employment in 12 months prior to application
What should I write?
Can I give total income from both salaried and non salaried jobs in last 12 months prior to application in the reply to 3.20


3.22 asks total income before tax from salaried employment received in 12 months prior to application meet or exceed financial requirement if sponsor is not employed by same employer for 6 months prior to application

What shud I write yes or no.

Kindly clarify these two aspects

P60 form for tax year to 5 April 2014 shows total income before tax as 19339 from all jobs.

Now the difficulty is how to calculate total income as I am applying spouse visa around 16 march

3.20 of Appendix 2 VAF 4A

Put that P60 aside for now,it doesn't have effect on you application. You'll need to add your income from past 12 months irrespective of the employer, if it's 18600 or above,then you pass the first test.
Second test you'll need to pass is that your present annual income from your present employment is equal or greater than 18600.
You'll need to pass this two to apply under Cat B.
