You only look at the Indefinite Leave to Remain fee - there is no difference in fee if you are Tier 1 or spouse visa or Tier 2, it is the same ILR fee.Indefinite leave to remain
£1,093 - current fee
£1,500 - proposed fee
£2,141 - maximum they can charge pp
