PBS Tier -1 dependent Extension Documents Checklist

Hi All ,

I recently got my ILR on 5 year Tier -1 G route and I am going to apply Tier-1 PBS Extension dependant visa for my wife which expires on 04 March 2015.(5 year Rule).
I have the following documents ready as given below and planning to post end of this week.

1. Application Form (https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _07-14.pdf)
2. Marriage Certificate.
3. Employee Reference letter.
4. Bank Statements for 3 months to show the maintenance .
5. Payslips(Last 3 Months)
6. Applicant's Passport
7. 2 Photographs
8. Council Tax Bill and water Bill.
9.Copy of Main Applicants Passport (All pages including Old BRP).
10. Copy of Main Applicant's BRP (ILR).


Can someone please confirm if everything looks fine or am I missing anything?

I assume, council tax bills have both your names and you are submitting bills for a reasonable length of time ?

Thanks for the reply and yes I would be submitting council tax and water bills which has both names on it .

Also one more question I am expecting my ILR BRP card to arrive this week and was wondering can I apply PBS tier -1 dependent extension with my approval letter or do I need to supply the copies of my latest BRP (ILR).

Hi,

I got my ILR recently (I was on Tier 1 General), I am now planning to apply for my wife's Tier 1 Gen Dependent extension.. while filling the online form for in person appointment which option do we need to select for this..

Which application form are you using to make your application?*
1. PBS Dependent (Tiers 1,2 and 5) paper form
2. Tier 1 General

hey srikanth ...You should select TIER-1 gen from the drop list .

Also, do they ask for her earnings details in UK, like her payslips, dividend vouchers etc.,

I know that they are going to check her fund maintenance for 90 days in bank statements.
