Ceremony fees MN1

hi all,

My twins are less than 3 yrs old. What fees do I need to fill in on the fees leaflet? (669+80)x2 or it is 669x2 only. In other words, do I need to add ceremony fees?

Reason I asked is the leaflet says that ceremony fees is only applicable if your child turns adult during application, but my child is too young to become adult during application.
