Accommodation Requirement - ILE Dependent Baby - Urgent

Post by RamD1982 » Fri Mar 13, 2015 11:58 am

Hi All,
Please can someone help me with my query.

Myself and my wife are holding ILR since Dec 2013. My wife was in UK till June 2014.
Our baby is born at India in Oct 2014.
Currently my wife and new born are staying at my parent's place.

I am planning to bring my wife and new born in UK permanently on ILE VAF 4A

My urgent questions is - I am currently staying in share accommodation (3 bed house, garden + garage) with my friend who is British Citizen.
My proof of accommodation is shown with below document
1. Original Water Bills (additional account holder)
2. NHS GP Registration Letter
3. Electoral Registration Letter
4. my employer letter confirming salary and address
5. Driving License
6. Friend's British Passport copies

I have declared that my friends details in Appendix 2 of VAF4A: financial requirements

Can anyone advise any other documents are required on accommodationin this situation?

Hi,

Please would you be able to update us that based on your shared accommodation documents did your child get visa?

Also, is accommodation requirement compulsory for a new born child born outside UK, an ILE case?

Look forward to a prompt response.

Thanks.
